This video was made simply and cheaply, and is a good example of eExtension. It captures the knowledge of this extension officer rapidly and richly.
No doubt there is a need to share information about this disease widely, and no doubt this extension officer needs to repeat much of the content in this message again and again. So why creating a short one take video and uploading it to the site he has leveraged content that he might repeat during phone calls into this simple video. He has the potential to direct people to the video before calling him, which in a critical situation like a disease outbreak might allow him to get the message to more people with less effort.
If you have information that is general i.e. it will be used by a number of people in your project, perhaps you could THINKeEXTESION and use a little online video in your next extension effort.
