Using QIK for AuSHS Conference Presentation Update

Yesterday at the AuSHS National and Trans-Tasman Horticultural Science Conference I presented a workshop on the use of Social Media and Web2.0 to enhance horticultural extension. Participants played with wordpress, flock, rss feeds and looked at seesmic, twitter, flickr and more. To demonstrate one more rather “rockstar” tool as I left the conference a recorded a quick QIK update from my mobile phone. QIK is a free video blogging service that allows you to record video on the fly with your mobile phone and have it posted automatically to the web. Click on the link below to see my video.
